Satisfaction Guarantee
We acknowledge referrals. All other
contact and session information that clients share with us are confidential.
1. One-to-One Coaching Policy and
Guarantee
All Coaching sessions and packages are prepaid. Session payments are
due when session times are requested. For clients with monthly packages,
payments are due on the first of the month.
Mailed checks--for sessions booked
by phone--are to arrive within five-business days; otherwise, session
times may be booked by other clients. However, if desired times are
booked when payment arrives beyond the five-business days, you may choose
either a refund or alternate open times.
For your first package of sessions, we recommend payment by PayPal. For
further paying, we recommend using your online-bill-pay service. Enhancement:
Facilitate scheduling by creating a retainer with us.
If you are not fully satisfied with
your coaching sessions, you or your company may receive a full refund after
subtracting the cost of any coaching, products or services provided prior to
notice of cancellation. For a refund on upcoming sessions, at least
24 hours cancellation notice is required. If less than exactly 24
hours notice is provided, then a full session fee for that session
will be deducted from your account balance.
2. Prepaid upcoming sessions are fully
refundable—per terms stated above. All coaching is agreed to and provided
on a month-to-month and session-by-session basis; there are no refunds after
scheduled sessions are provided (or missed).
3. Coaching time starts when the
session is scheduled to start.
If a client is running late and then informs their coach (with less than
24 hours notice), then the client will have less time
available--since the session will still complete at the time agreed
upon; the full session fee will still apply.
If a client wants overtime and both the
client and the coach have the time available, then overtime fees will
apply.
If the coach has not heard from the client
by 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the coach may be unavailable
for the remainder of the session. The client will be charged for the full
session. If the client provides prior notice of a delayed start time, the
remainder of the session will be available (or the entire session may be able
to be rescheduled depending on the coach's schedule).
Note: Coaching via cell phone is strongly
discouraged. Coaching while you are driving is unavailable. (Land lines with
headsets are highly recommended!)
4. Client Coaching Forms: Benefits and
Terms of Use
As a special client benefit, you will have access to our exclusive
online-interactive "Client Forms" collection.
Protect your password to protect private information.
You may share forms that you have printed directly from the website
(originals).
Any copying of any forms without prior written consent by Joseph Faust is
a copyright infringement. Any duplication, repackaging or reformatting of the
concepts in these forms in their original or any other format is strictly
prohibited. Our copyrighted intellectual property is and will be protected to
the fullest extent of the law.
In the future, if you would like to share coaching forms with others and no
longer want to print out original forms for them, simply invite them to use
the Resources for Balance link, to get the Quality Life Toolkit™, or to
become a client.
